 My leather wallet story

My artifact is a wallet.It is a leather wallet.The color is camel , it is mini size, and shaped square. The wallet is smaller than the iPhone 8. It has a coin pocket and a bill pocket. The leather color is camel, not brown. It’s my  obsession with my wallet. 

The leather is called “Tochigi  leather “. Nothing to say, it is made in Tochigi prefecture.I have  been fascinated by leather products  since  I was a high school student.One day, my sister said, “give you this!”. My  sister gave me a leather pass case. I puzzled it but I said “Thank you”. It’s so cool and easy to use. I thought I wanted a leather wallet so I decided to buy it by using my first salary after I passed the entrance examination. However, I gave myself this wallet last  September because I didn't have enough time to buy it.I have a reason for this. First, I have worked in cram school since this spring. I did part-work-job a lot of time. I had a tight schedule until last summer. Finally I could buy it using my first salary in September.So my leather wallet has so many memories.It’s my treasure. I have it anywhere and every time.

Japan has a unique culture.When we get our first salary, we often buy more expensive things than usual. My mother also bought special things using her first salary. It's a unique culture in Japan. 

I have some leather things. The leather products use the skin of animals. There are people who don’t eat something which is made from animals. They are called “Vegans”. It causes controversy today.
